U.K Standard Delivery is free and typically takes 2-5 working days, delivered by Royal Mail from Monday to Friday. Note that delivery times may be impacted in rural areas or during severe weather conditions.


Undelivered Items

If an item is not received after being dispatched, we must wait 14 working days before offering a refund or redelivery. This is because our couriers do not consider an item lost until this point. If the item still does not arrive, we will ask you to confirm in writing that it has not been received before processing a refund or redelivery.

Please note that any non-delivery issues must be reported to us within 14 days of dispatch. Any issues reported outside of this time frame will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be reported within 14 days via email. There will be a £5 handling fee for redelivery.


Potential delivery disruptions

Your order delivery may be delayed due to recent strikes by Royal Mail. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your holiday orders as soon as possible. Although Royal Mail has not provided updated tracking information, most orders are already on the way and we expect them to be delivered soon.
